Express Lanes Demonstration Program-Performance Goals for the Florida Department of Transportation I-595 Express Lanes Project

The Florida Department of Transportation has published performance goals for the I-595 Express Lanes project in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as part of the Express Lanes Demonstration Program. The goals are mandated by the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU), a federal law passed in 2005.
