Bureau of Industry and Security Amends Export Administration Regulations to Reflect Changes to Missile Technology Control Regime

The Bureau of Industry and Security is updating its regulations to align with changes to the Missile Technology Control Regime accepted by member countries at the November 2008 Plenary in Canberra, Australia, and clarifying certain controls to reflect intent behind past changes.
