Office of Personnel Management Requests Review of Revised Information Collection Form

The Office of Personnel Management is seeking public comment on a revised information collection form, the Representative Payee Survey, which is used to track the use of benefits paid to incompetent annuitants. The form, which is completed by approximately 11,000 individuals annually, will be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget to ensure its necessity and public burden.
