Notice of Certain Operating Cost Adjustment Factors for 2010

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has announced a notice establishing operating cost adjustment factors (OCAFs) for 2010, which will be used to adjust Section 8 rents renewed under the Multifamily Assisted Housing Reform and Affordability Act of 1997 (MAHRA).
