Technical Processing Requirements for Multifamily Project Mortgage Insurance

The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. This information is collected form mortgagees, mortgagors, contractors, and attorneys for the purpose of obtaining multifamily mortgage insurance for new or rehabilitated housing. The information collected is used to determine if key principals are acceptable and have the ability to manage the development, construction, completion, and successful lease-up of the proposed property.
