EPA to Respond to Petitions in Cash Creek Generating Station Case

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to respond to two petitions by December 14, 2009, as part of a proposed consent decree in a lawsuit filed by Sierra Club and Valley Watch, Inc. against the Administrator of the EPA, related to a proposed power plant in Kentucky.
