Federal Highway Administration to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Hana Highway Improvements in Maui, HI

The Federal Highway Administration is issuing a notice of intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Hana Highway, a critical transportation route connecting east Maui to the Wailuku/Kahului area, with the goal of reducing congestion and improving safety and reliability.
