EPA Denies FMC's Objections to Carbofuran Tolerance Revoke Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has denied objections from the National Corn Growers Association, National Sunflower Association, National Potato Council, and FMC Corporation to a final rule revoking all pesticide tolerances for carbofuran, as filed on June 30, 2009.
