Request for Public Comment: 30-Day Notice; Proposed Information Collection: Indian Health Service Forms

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection, 'Indian Health Service Forms to Implement the Privacy Rule', as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden. The proposed collection has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, following a 60-day Federal Register notice published in 2009.
