Rural Utilities Service, National Telecommunications and Information Administration, and Federal Emergency Management Agency Exempt from Duplicate Section 106 Reviews for Wireless Communication Facilities

The Advisory Council on Historic Preservation has issued a Program Comment to relieve the Rural Utilities Service, National Telecommunications and Information Administration, and Federal Emergency Management Agency from duplicate reviews under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act for certain wireless communication projects.
