HHS Issues NPRM to Relax Separation Requirements for HIV/AIDS Programs

The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking input on a proposed rule change that would simplify the separation requirements for organizations receiving HIV/AIDS funding, eliminating the need for additional documentation to demonstrate a policy opposing prostitution and sex trafficking.
