Kalispel Tribe of Indians Tobacco and Liquor Code Amendment Published

The Kalispel Tribe of Indians has published an updated version of its Tobacco and Liquor Code, allowing for the possession of alcoholic beverages within its tribal lands, which are located in Indian country, and enabling the tribal government to better control liquor sales and consumption within the community.
