EPA Raises Environmental Concerns Over Riparian Areas and Water Quality, Requests Additional Monitoring

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has expressed concerns about the potential impacts on riparian areas and water quality, and has requested that water quality monitoring be added to the adaptive management plan, following a review of the Environmental Impact Statements and Regulations.
