EPA Proposes Disapproval of Utah's Air Quality Implementation Plan Requests

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to disapprove the State of Utah's requests to redesignate three nonattainment areas in the state to meet Clean Air Act requirements, and to approve some but not others of the associated State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions, which were submitted by the Governor on September 2, 2005.
