EPA Approves Minnesota Air Quality Plan Revision

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a site-specific revision to the Minnesota sulfur dioxide State Implementation Plan, which will help reduce air pollution in Rochester, Minnesota, by incorporating conditions from the Rochester Public Utilities Silver Lake Plant's revised air quality plan.
