National Environmental Policy Act Procedures Manual Seeks Public Review and Comment

The National Indian Gaming Commission is soliciting public comments on its draft manual outlining policy and procedures for implementing the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended, and related regulations, in accordance with the Council on Environmental Quality's guidelines.
