EPA Proposes to Withdraw Conditional Exclusion for Emission Comparable Fuel (ECF) Under RCRA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to withdraw the conditional exclusion for Emission Comparable Fuel (ECF), a type of fuel produced from hazardous secondary materials, which is regulated as a hazardous waste, effective December 19, 2008.
