US Modifies Potato Import Regulations to Benefit Importers and Consumers

The US Department of Agriculture has modified the import regulations for Irish potatoes, reducing competition areas from five to three, exempting certain U.S. No. 1 grade potatoes from size requirements, and removing outdated language from Marketing Orders No. 948 and 953.
