NIST Releases Revised Draft FIPS 140-3 for Public Review and Comment

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is releasing a revised draft of the Federal Information Processing Standard 140-3, which outlines security requirements for cryptographic modules, for public review and comment. The new standard, titled Revised Draft FIPS 140-3, aims to replace the existing FIPS 140-2 standard.
