The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Pahrump, Nevada Field Office is preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed solar energy generation project by Pacific Solar Investments, Inc. in Nye County, Nevada, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969.
