Atlantic Highly Migratory Species; North and South Atlantic Swordfish Quotas Adjustment

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has finalized a rule adjusting North and South Atlantic swordfish quotas for the 2009 fishing year to account for underharvests and implement minor regulatory modifications.
