Availability of Draft Toxicological Profiles Under CERCLA and SARA

The US Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) has made available the 23rd set of toxicological profiles for public review and comment, as mandated by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) and the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA).
