Bureau of Land Management to Hold Public Hearing on Coal Lease Application in Colorado

The Bureau of Land Management is seeking public comments on a proposed coal lease in Colorado, following the filing of an application by New Elk Coal Company, LLC for 1,279.62 acres of Federal coal in Las Animas County.
