Sacramento River Conservation Area Forum Seeks Safe Harbor Agreement for Endangered Species

The Sacramento River Conservation Area Forum has submitted a permit application to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for a Safe Harbor Agreement to protect the Federally threatened valley elderberry longhorn beetle and giant garter snake.
