U.S. Entity List: Person Removed After Committee Approval

The Export Administration Regulations (EAR) have been amended to remove a person from the Entity List, following the End-User Review Committee's approval of their request for removal, in accordance with the Bureau of Industry and Security's (BIS) regulations.
