Massachusetts Coastal Railroad, LLC to Acquire CSX Transportation, Inc.'s Rail Freight Easement in Massachusetts

The Surface Transportation Board is considering Massachusetts Coastal Railroad, LLC's application to acquire a permanent rail freight easement from CSX Transportation, Inc. in Massachusetts, which would replace CSX as the sole freight service provider on the affected rail lines.
