US Postal Service Updates Move Update Assessment Charges for Automation and Presort First-Class Mail and All Standard Mail Mailings

The US Postal Service has issued a notice to revise its Move Update assessment procedures and clarify the Performance-Based Verification process, as announced in a Federal Register publication on October 27, 2009.
