HUD Refines Income and Rent Determination Rules for Public Housing Programs

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has revised its regulations for public and assisted housing programs to clarify the use of the Enterprise Income Verification system in verifying the employment and income of program participants, following public comments on the 2009 final rule.
