US Adopts Final Rule for Bahrain Free Trade Agreement

The US Customs and Border Protection has finalized changes to its regulations to align with the United States-Bahrain Free Trade Agreement, removing a condition that required goods to be 'imported directly' from one party to another to qualify for preferential tariffs.
