NMFS Adjusts Atlantic Bluefin Tuna Daily Retention Limit for January 2010

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has made a decision to adjust the daily retention limit for Atlantic bluefin tuna in the General category for the month of January 2010, based on the regulatory criteria for in-season adjustments, which will affect both General category permitted vessels and Highly Migratory Species Charter/Headboat category permitted vessels fishing commercially for BFT.
