Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Special Nuclear Material Eligibility

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its intention to request the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval for renewal of an existing information collection related to determining eligibility for access to or control over special nuclear material. The NRC is required to publish this notice under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and is seeking feedback from the public on the proposed collection.
