Commodity Futures Trading Commission Republishes National Futures Association Applications Suite System to Comply with Privacy Act and OMB Circular A-108

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is updating its System of Records, CFTC-12, to reflect changes in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Office of Management and Budget's Circular A-108 SORN template, including new routine uses for sharing information in the event of a breach.
