GSA Proposes Changes to Federal Management Regulation for Motor Vehicle Rentals and Leases

The General Services Administration is proposing to revise the Federal Management Regulation to clarify the definitions for renting versus leasing motor vehicles, increasing the less than 60-day rental period to less than 120 days and adjusting the definition of commercial lease to accommodate temporary mission requirements for longer periods.
