FAR Council Develops Preliminary Plan for Retrospective Review of Federal Regulations

The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council has created a preliminary plan to analyze and potentially modify existing regulations in accordance with Executive Order 13563, which aims to improve regulation and regulatory review by promoting public participation and increasing flexibility.
