US Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration Issue Interim Rule to Implement Iran Sanctions on Export of Sensitive Technology

The US Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration are issuing an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, adding a representation to implement section 106 of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010, which prohibits procurement contracts with entities that export sensitive technology to Iran.
