US Trade Representative Decides Not to Launch Investigation into German Bar Aptitude Examination
The US Trade Representative has declined to launch an investigation under Section 301 of the 1974 Trade Act, following a petition alleging Germany breached its obligations under the FCN Treaty to provide national treatment and MFN status for US citizens seeking access to the German bar aptitude examination.
