U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Patent Infringement Allegations

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint alleging that certain video game systems and wireless controllers infringe on four U.S. patents. The complaint, filed by Creative Kingdoms, LLC and New Kingdoms, LLC, seeks an investigation and potential exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
