U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Wireless Device Imports for Patent Infringement
The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into wireless devices with 3G capabilities, following a complaint filed by InterDigital Communications, LLC, InterDigital Technology Corporation, and IPR Licensing, Inc. on July 26, 2011, alleging infringement of several U.S. patents.
