Intellectual Ventures Files Patent Infringement Complaint with USITC Over Dynamic Random Access Memory and NAND Flash Memory Devices

Intellectual Ventures Management, LLC and its affiliates have filed a complaint with the US International Trade Commission (USITC) alleging that certain companies have infringed on their patents for dynamic random access memory and NAND flash memory devices, and that these imports and sales are violating US trade laws.
