U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Taiwanese Companies for Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has been asked to investigate Taiwanese companies for allegedly infringing on a U.S. patent related to backlight modules and components, following a complaint filed by Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan and ITRI International Inc. in 2011.
