USPTO Seeks Public Comments and Testimony on Genetic Diagnostic Testing

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is requesting public input on genetic diagnostic testing as part of a report required by the America Invents Act, and will hold public hearings in Alexandria, Virginia and San Diego, California to gather oral testimony.
