Notification of Employee Rights Under the National Labor Relations Act Delayed

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has delayed the effective date of a rule requiring employers to post notices informing employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) due to conflicting court decisions.
