FHFA Proposes Establishment of Three New Privacy Act Systems of Records

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is proposing the creation of three new systems of records to replace existing ones, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. The proposed systems will replace records from the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) and the Federal Housing Finance Board (FHFB).
