Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection for model forms and disclosures, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden. The proposed collection is required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and will allow the Bureau to develop and test new forms and disclosures under the Dodd-Frank Act.
