NFL Enterprises LLC Wins Dispute Against Comcast Cable Communications, LLC Over Program Carriage

A federal administrative law judge has been ordered to correct his mistake in setting a hearing date beyond the 60-day deadline, allowing the Media Bureau to resolve the carriage dispute between NFL Enterprises LLC and Comcast Cable Communications, LLC without the ALJ's recommended decision.
