The FCC is seeking public comments on a petition by Western New Life, Inc. to delete vacant Channel 271B at Charlotte Amalie, Virgin Islands, and modify the license of Station WJZG-FM, currently operating on Channel 254A, to accommodate a hybrid application requesting the substitution of Channel 271A for Channel 254A at Culebra, Puerto Rico.
