FCC Seeks Comments on AT&T and Sprint's Petition to Extend Waiver for Telecommunications Relay Services

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a petition by AT&T and Sprint to extend a waiver that allows people with disabilities to access telecommunications services, including VoIP, with the assistance of relay services and speech-to-speech services.
