FCC Proposes Revisions to Private Land Mobile Radio Services Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is proposing changes to its rules and policies for public safety operations in private land mobile radio services, including reinstating an exemption for 4.9 GHz band applications and introducing a licensee-to-licensee coordination requirement for primary permanent fixed stations.
