Foreign Claims Settlement Commission Proposes New System of Records for Libya Claims

The Foreign Claims Settlement Commission, a department of the US Department of Justice, is proposing a new system of records to process claims against Libya, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, to determine claim validity and amounts.
