Parole Commission Implements New Rule to Address Ex Post Facto Concerns for DC Prisoners

The Parole Commission is introducing a new administrative remedy for eligible DC prisoners who claim the current parole guidelines increase their punishment risk, and will reschedule their parole hearings unless a pre-hearing assessment is granted.
